Both benign tumors such as meningioma and cancerous tumors such as glioma have been looked at. Research has found that there is no evidence of this. Some studies have shown a slight increase in the risk of cancer but there is no strong evidence of this.

Researchers have conducted a number of comprehensive studies to examine the relationship between mobile phone use and brain tumors. There is no solid evidence to suggest that keeping your trusty cell phone close at hand, or even having it near you while sleeping, increases the risk of brain cancer.
